Ocean Waves

A light necklace full of movement. It is made with elastic string, the strings sticking out of the necklace are very soft and flexible and will move like ocean waves when the necklace is being worn.
The stars are folded paper stars made from five different scrapbooking papers and glazed with high gloss varnish to make them more durable (and bright and shiny ).
